The youngster has been playing up front in pre-season as Chelsea's new manager trials his new system, with the England Under-21 star scoring in his team's second game.
Chelsea have undergone their first training sessions in Los Angeles ahead of their opening game in the International Champions Cup against Premier League rivals Liverpool on July 27.
Loftus-Cheek is likely to feature, as he has in both of his club's pre-season games to date, and revealed the advice that the former Italy coach has been giving him.
“He is always trying to help you learn, doing video analysis,” Loftus-Cheek told Goal.
“He tries to help you see even little details, about your body position.”
“He is always trying to help you learn whether you are alone as a player or with us [as a group] that’s one thing that I have really noticed and like about him."
